Not bad. Could use a sepia setting... Edit: Oh hell no! Full screen ad that interrupted my music at the same volume level over my BT speakers. I can put up with the stupid Google banner ads but, enough is enough...

It's a poor reading experience compared to just visiting the website. Floating action buttons and full-screen pop-over ads really get in the way.

I prefer the website where you can have a black dark mode and ability to stop animated ads. I actually like ads for related products, eg ereaders and related services, but not the animated Google ads.
