Booked only once and had a good experience so far, probably bc it's just a delivery within ncr; the parcel was delivered the next day after pick up. They also have the waybill printed already. The app is very user friendly. Two suggestions I have tho are 1.) to have an estimate time for pick up — I was texted by gogo at 6AM for the pick up, but the rider arrived at around 5PM and 2.) to fix the rider tracker; when I checked his location he was just stuck in one place for the whole day.

The app is great and easy to use. I wish they could add more options soon like tracking packages / transactions that weren't done through the app itself. Overall, i think GGX is one of the best couriers in PH. I hope they continue to grow (so that they can pick up parcels from my location too 😭). thank you! :)

Rider keeps tagging failed pick up due to weather disturbance/act of God. Riders contact number is always unattended. No movement on tracking app. Customer service chat is useless. You should add on the reason for cancellation of booking rider unresponsive/pick up failed for several days. Poor service. Definitely not recommending.

Trash customer service, all automated. Don't get me wrong, there's a way to talk to an agent but takes alot of your time and energy. Experienced a very incompetent rider today (Won't even bother to exert an extra effort to call you or knock at your gate to inform you that they're there, will just claim that "they can't reach you via call" and finna leave) Will definitely not recommend your service. Trash AF.

Hope we could also filter delivered and undelivered transactions so we dont have to go through the long thread just to find each transactions and if possible total sales per day too

Not good for a business. I sent out an item and shipped last June 9 but until now it's still not yet delivered. Gogo Xpress is not advisable for online seller. Better look for another courier. J&T for example.
