Pathetic customer support and extremely rudimentary app. Dsn't offer drop down for cstmrs or vndrs or prdct list to choose from My app suddenly decides to not show me any data. When I reinstall the app it show me only the demo version. This app & software seems to be extremely tech savy users. Cause for every issue you face you will be shared with an outdated video for you to go figure. The only time when anyone at GoFrugal really gives a damn is when they have to collect AMC amount.

If there is any negative option available than I go with that because after paying the annual charges non of the executive provide the solution they continuously told me that they are creating the ticket and I receive the call but till now I didn't receive any single call from u all

WhatsNow - POS Owners App is not up to my expectations. Mine is not working for more than a month. Their online chat is total misfit to solve the various issues. It ha many inherent problems like... one should go back to the site where the server is located.... how it is acceptable whenever you are on roaming and that too which is a critical place to function, possible correction of failure of software.... so everyone should be careful in taking a decision....

Weak support and no clear guidence how to move forward with POS and App. Also, technical support is not efficient as they might close your support ticket due to not understanding the issue and leave you with your issues. I think it's better not to use it as it comes with a price to pay. Not free.
