Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cool Meeting: 音声認識 議事録作成アプリ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

スマホの音声認識機能を使って会議中の音声をテキスト化し、議事録の自動作成ができます。認識したテキストは暗号化することが出来ますので、安心してご利用いただけます。


【機能】
1. 最先端の音声認識エンジン
音声認識エンジンはOK Googleと同じものを使用しています。マイクを自分に向けて、十分な声量が入力される位置にスマホを置くことで高い認識精度を出すことができます。

2. 話者の認識
参加者ごとにスマホを用意することで、誰が発言したかがわかります。他の発言者の声が自分のスマホのマイクに入力されないように、マイクのミュートや入力音声レベルの設定が可能です。

3. 暗号化
スマホ上でRSAによる暗号化機能がご利用いただけます。会議内容が漏洩するリスクを最小限に抑えることが可能です。


【使い方】
１. 議事録を作成する
トップ画面から「新しい議事録を作成する」ボタンをタップして下さい。作成すると5桁のセキュリティーコードが発行されます。このセキュリティコードを知っている人は誰でも議事録にアクセスすることができます。

２. 参加者を招待する
参加者のアプリ上で「招待を受ける」ボタンをタップしてください。その際に手順１で発行されたセキュリティコードを入力してください。

3. (オプション) 暗号化する
認識したテキストは暗号化することが出来ます。暗号化するには鍵となる任意の1〜16桁の文字を入力してください。この鍵は復号する時にも使用する共通鍵となります。他の参加者がいる場合は設定した鍵を周知して、間違えないようにしてください。


【制限】
1. 議事録は作成日から2週間保存されます。
CSV形式でエクスポートが可能ですので、期限が過ぎるまでに保存しておいてください。

2. 1台のデバイス上に保存できる議事録は10件までです。
古い議事録を削除すれば追加可能です。

過去の議事録を読み込んだ時に10件までしか会話が表示されない不具合を修正しました。
