The objective of this Android application to report incidents.
1. To maintain the incident report management
2. To keep their information centralized.
3. If any incident took place CD staff can interact with each other.
5. To Send the SMS and Alert Notification when any incident is raised to all the nearest volunteers, Police stations, fire stations, and officers.
