App works really well with no faults. I can see current location of my vehicle via this mobile app Full Online account is required for more features. I have the tracker linked to my alarm system where i now recieve calls if my alarm goes off (this has been tested) also have the immberlize my vehicle option Overal good product app and service

Terrible app, no use whatsoever, called customer support over a week and a half ago to report problem, still waiting on a reply. You should be able to track in real time, like other products.

Not really useful to see where cars have been, just where they are right now. Needs a lot of development. I would suggest that the developers should forget the app and make the web interface compatible with android.

There are better trackers and better apps out there. The app is in desperate need of an update. The company are happy to take your hard earned money for the tracker but the app is loaded with so many bugs.

App keeps telling me vehicle tracking has stopped. tech support has tried to fix but still not working, will say tech support very helpful

Just installed but same problem as everyone else. .It doesn't update .I would have thought the tech team would have seen to this all common problem but NOPE
