I am in a hotel with wifi and allowed location but it can not find my location.a refresh map comes up but will not refresh map with full wifi available. I have also refreshed and restarted phone. Uninstalled app and reinstalled with no luck

I used fonetrac when traveling in Iceland this summer and I couldn't ask for a better safety app when traveling abroad. Even though much of the island is sparsely populated, fonetrac gave me peace of mind by allowing me to check in and having them keep track of my location and status if anything should go wrong. I definitely recommend getting this app if you are planning to visit a foreign country!

It never works

I had to uninstall immediately as the app interrupted the phone every couple of seconds with a pop-up message declaring the app needs to restart. Touching the only available button caused the cycle to repeat. Trying to stop/kill the app also caused the pop-up to immediately reappear. Worse than useless - harmful.
