To start off with I was quite impressed with the service. My account manager was very engaging and seemingly helpful. However a few opening advises seems in hindsight to have been quite erroneous and lost a lot from the start. Then a very attractive offer that had no risk if you deposited min $2000 came along. As soon as I refused to take part my manager got extremely shirty and said he would not deal with me and ended the call. My mistake was in thinking that they would be there to work togethe

The app keeps crashing and closing. I have to edit my trades 2 to 3 times before any changes stick and I am no longer able to see my open, pending or closed trades. Appreciate if you could urgently fix these issues! Would also be helpful if this app had the option of inserting indicators and trend lines.

Easy to use. To high commission + swap fee. In crypto world and technology this fee+commission is unnacceptable.

Pls never ever engage with this broker for trading. It's really frustrating since I opened my account. Account managers suddenly change very often. Also withdrawal never happened. Whenever we apply for withdrawal account manager speaks to you nicely to open more positions. Also this broker is not regulated. Your funds are at risk always.
