WCM Auditor is a free application for creating and reading the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) audit reports and serving as well as a guide to access the official evaluation criteria. With this application, your life as an auditor becomes much simpler and more agile, as you will not have to care about placing together several documents to assist you during the audit process.
The WCM Auditor uses your Internet connection¹ to save the entered data to transmit automatically to the cloud. On the other hand, do not worry if you go offline, your data is going to sync automatically when your connection turns active. Through this auto-save feature, when you add one or several co-auditors, every auditor in the audit will be able to access and modify it. Since, the application provides faster alignment among auditors.
You can create two types of audits: Score and Expansion, where in the Score audit it is possible to insert up to two auditors and in the Expansion audit one auditor for each systemic pillar!

AUDIT REPORT
- Creation of Score and Expansion audit in an organized way;
:: Search or fill in basic data such as plant name, date of audit, type of audit, pillar leaders name, auditors and co-auditors.
:: Load the last audit scores automatically.
:: Insert previously the self-assessment and final score.
:: Insert comments easily and quickly, separated per pillar.
:: Give permission to co-auditors make changes: as long as the report is as status open. Only the lead auditor and co-auditors have access to viewing and / or editing.
- Simple-to-use comment editor, containing the most commonly used tools in the editing text.
- All in one place:
:: Take photos of documents and areas while you are auditing, directly from the comment function. This way, when generating the final report you will not need to consult Medias in other devices.
:: You do not need to go back in the audit header to evaluate the pillar. In the comment function, you can also rate the pillar.
- At any time generate a report preview and share it through e- mail, WhatsApp and other social media.
- Have you published the app and need to modify anything? If you have included at least one co-auditor, you are able to revert the publication within 7 days, but the report will be automatically published after this deadline.

:: The Virtual Best Plant with the Ranking of the plants detailing all technical and managerial pillars scores.
:: By clicking on a specific plant, you can also check the radar chart out, comparing to the Virtual Best Plant.
:: Chart with number of plants including the score of each pillar.
CUSTOMIZATION AND SETTINGS
- Select the report model among CNHi, FCA and MM.
- Change your registration data.
- Send an email or message via WhatsApp to the developer.
- Ask for insertion of plants not available in the report (simple and fast).
