Meetio Room is placed outside your meeting room and show if the room is free or busy. When the room is free you can book it instantly!
* Shows Room Status
See instantly if a room is being used. Green for available, yellow for soon to be occupied and red for occupied.
* Room Agenda
Scroll through the meetings of today to see what time slots are left or when the next meeting will start.
* Spontaneous Meeting
Met a colleague at the coffee machine and need to discuss something quick, or just want to work undisturbed for a while? Reserve an available room directly from the app with just two clicks - no more hassle waiting for your Outlook-app to start.
* Custom Booking
Allows you to make personalized bookings. You get to decide the room, time, name etc.
* Check In
Never again have your rooms booked but not used, with check-in you easily confirm your presence with just a tap. If it’s a no-show, the app will automatically end the reservation if no one checks in, freeing up the room again. Just set a time for when the meeting should be cancelled if not checked in.

Shorter meeting than expected? Free up the room for others to use on your way out.
* Calendar Support

This app uses the Device Administrator permission. Meetio Room is designed to run in full kiosk mode and requires this permission to enable all available features.
