My personal preference is to log into my account through the browser rather than this app. I made the mistake of leaving the app open on my phone when I went into a store with public wifi and my account was hacked. My password was changed and my payment was rerouted to a different bank account as a result. The problem was eventually resolved but I do not feel safe using the app. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the app did seem easier to use than the webpage itself .

It might take a few months to get your claim reviewed, but these consultants are slammed!! No matter how busy it how much they worked that day... They are very professional, and sweet. They help you so much!!! It does get frustrating but it will all work out on the end? Just read each page carefully fill out your claim properly and you will get your money quicker? Always be nice to these consultants they are only trying to work just like us?

Darn near impossible to actually apply to jobs on the app. Extremely frustrating. I've tried to apply to 10 jobs already and they all get stuck or the external link can't be found.

For some reason I cannot access app but can login on internet.. I've uninstalled this app twice. It keeps saying try again later. Never had this problem before.. Other than that if it lets you login. Great app to find jobs and weekly unemployment certification
