It's impossible to get a membership from the app. Horrible and pathetic. All the good will the aquarium has, this app puts it to shame .

App was helpful by providing map and showed my ticket (general adm) for check-in time. It wasn't very helpful for the shows that you reserve a seat for during your visit though, but there's QR codes inside the place on banners that link to a website that work well. As for my special experience I bought, it showed the ticket purchased days before my arrival, but day of - nothing. Highly recommend all save the emails with the same ticket barcodes and use them instead for a hassle-free experience.

This app should be sunk to the bottom of the sea. It has yet to reflect my ticket purchase after 13 days, the interface is the worst I have experienced and the usefulness is nil.

My grandson enjoyed this aquarium experience, and the app made it hassle free which increased my enjoyment as well!! Don't go without uploading it, saves time immensely!

Horrible experience with this app I purchased tickets on the app. The tickets disappeared off app completely. It said there was no tickets for that day ( my b-day) and no order history. Glad i screened shot the confirmation number that day.
