Bonum Health App Description

DESCRIPTION

Bonum Health is an insurance-free telehealth app connecting uninsured and under-insured patients with board certified medical providers. Our app reduces the typical time and travel headaches associated with talking to a provider, getting a diagnosis, and fulfilling a prescription. Each Bonum Health patient is provided a secure, convenient video/audio connection with a licensed, board-certified provider for consultation on a wide variety of common illnesses right from the healing comfort of their home. Additionally, any prescription medication written by your provider will be sent to your local pharmacy electronically.

FAQs

Can Bonum Health handle emergency situations?
Unfortunately, Bonum Health is not a replacement for emergency situations. Bonum Health is designed to handle non-emergency medical issues. You should NOT use telehealth if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Please call 911 and get an immediate help for your health complaints.

Do I need to have health insurance to use Bonum Telehealth services?
We do not accept insurance at this time. All services rendered are cash pay only. We have a monthly and annual subscription option to use our telehealth services which includes up to 5 telehealth visits per month, or you can request a one-time consultation and simply pay per-consult.
Will I see the same doctor if I request more than one visit?
We offer a large provider network for flexibility and convenience to our patients. For this reason, you may not see the same provider twice. However, after each consultation, the provider you speak with will notate your conditions and treatment, so the next provider is informed of your current and past conditions.
