i gave up totally with the App, total Rubbish, it worked for about first 6 months and just went off whilst i was viewing it, now every time i try it buffers for a while and then say pwd error which i think means password error, just deleted it off my phone, can still use the nvr box ok but its not much cop without the app. one word Pants.

was working for 18 months. now since android 9.0 it crashes constantly and won't open up. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Still doesn't work. Very disappointed.

To get it to work at all I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it to make it work sometimes. Unfortunately I have bought their cameras already.
