Generally good, but there is no appointment reminder in their app. They rely on Google calendar and I can't get that to send me reminders. It should just be easy, especially since I'm paying $600/year on this app and have for three years. Also, there is still no desktop app. For the years, it's been under development. I may have to find an app that gives me both for the same money or less.

Having an issue that's probably use error but the devs have been super helpful so far and are looking into it for me! I love the ability for my clients to book themselves and the checkout feature is really nifty as well!! I was worried that switching from pen and paper would slow me down but the convenience of not having to book some clients myself makes up the slight difference in time it takes to really just open the app. Once you start getting clients in the database, it's quite smooth.

It mostly does what you want it to do, but the mobile version doesn't have an option to scroll through the alphabet to find a contact. You have to scroll scroll scroll through all your contacts, instead of having click able letters

Genbook is a very convenient way to offer online scheduling. I love the reviews aspect of it. Of course some clients won't be able to handle such high tech initially but no worries, after 3 years using it, I wouldn't go back. At $30/month, it's well worth it. My clients love it. They don't have to play telephone tag to get on my schedule. Thanks for reading my two cents.
