I am not able to get my location. It says something went wrong. I am getting my location in web but not in app. I think you should fix this issue. Due to this I am not able to create pickup request from this app.

So many issues and error in this app. I can't login through this app inspired having a valid user acc with cust id and password that can be easily logged in via gati website. Bt even in the latest v2.1.4 of this app, while trying to login it says 'details doesn't match'. Also, in case of password recovery, the OTP isn't being send to the mobile no from this app. Fix this issues ASAP. An app with such issues where user can't login is completely useless.

It's been more than month now, they couldn't deliver my table for this long. Plus the items which I received were all damaged while transferring. I was suggested as good service but it proved many wrongs!
