extremely poor service response.. don't go by any post sales commitments... they don't care about warranty or even bother to respond to complaint. specially for remote locations or places where they don't have any presence its absolutely NO for it.. i have been following since months now.. as per customer care guide lines i have logged formal complaint 36592076 also.. its been 2 weeks & status is showing - forwarded to distributor...
