I've had a few sporadic minor issues so far. But they haven't been anything that wasn't fixed with an update, turning off wifi when the network was slow, restarting the game pass app or restarting my phone. other than these issues, the game selection is impressive, the graphics, even over cloud using mobile data, have held up to next Gen console standards, and the user interface is very straight forward. everything runs great using a moto stylus 5g in a backbone. definitely a win!

Queue times have gotten absolutely ludicrous in the last month or two. Also constantly having issues with games not launching with audio. It is ridiculous that I can wait 30+ minutes in a queue for a game to only find out there's no audio. And then when I close the game to reset I again have to gamble on a 30+ minute queue just to see if it has audio this time. Please add additional servers or an option to relaunch a title without losing your server spot. It's the least you can do.

Trying it again, can't seem to know if a game isn't launching due to long queue times, or if it is because the app isn't functioning correctly, as they have done away with messages or progress bar appearing on screen as you are launching a title to tell you how far along the loading process. So I'm not sure whether or not I'm getting close to playing, as I have no visual indication during the launch proces. Microsoft, please bring this quality of life feature back ASAP!

It can be choppy at some points but being able to sit hetr and play right from my phone anytime I want is amazing to me. There is always a game to play that I've never even thought about playing before but I now have the chance to access it. Awesome titles that will keep you entertained for months and new titles added every month. Would like a few more backwards compatible games like the blood omen series but for what this app is its awesome

Originally it worked fine. After a month it was so grainy it became unplayable. Horrible input lag on strong 5g signal. It's either not ready or they need more (or better) servers. The only reason it gets a 2 star and not a one is because it ran really well the first month I played it. After that total garbage. Fast forward to Jan 2024. 15-20 minute wait times?? Not worth the money. All these 4 and 5 star reviews have to be paid advertisers. This app is solid trash.

I love this app. I take my XBOX controller to work and on breaks and downtimes I play cloud games. I also can install to my PC if I see something I like. I have an Xbox one, but don't use it as much due to the hard drive seems to be going out. The cloud gaming is the best as long as I have signal or a network to connect to.
