Communication is now made easy, faster and secure between the three layers of Admin, Instructors and End Users.
Send the one-way notifications from Admin to instructors or End User customers or just between Admin and end users without using instructor layer.
Instructors can also selectively open two-way the chat with End Users.
You can now stop using the physical notice boards and start sending Digital notifications
Customers can add groups from different organizations in their view and receive notifications from different organization or the different instructors assigned to the group.

Features on app include:

ADMIN:
Create groups, Create Group Instructors and link multiple Groups to the instructors.
Example: Admin can be a School
Groups can be the classes
Customers can be the parents
Create and link group instructor skillsets
Assign Group leader instructor to the Group
Send notifications to the Group Instructors or to the customers/users added by instructors in the respective groups
Send Events to the Group Instructors or to the customers/users added by instructors to the respective groups
Send timeline messages and videos
Use the app without Instructor layer/level and send notifications, events, timeline messages to the customers
Publish Holiday calendar

Instructors:
Choose the group from the list of groups
Group leader can add customers
Send notification to the customers assigned to the group
Send events to the customers assigned to the group
Schools can utilize the feature of attendance
Selectively chat with the customers, open or close chat with customers.

Customers/End users:
Add multiple admin organizations
For non-employee layer, choose the organization and view notifications, events, timeline messages.
For the organization using employee layer, add a specific group and choose the list of instructor assigned to the group
See the notifications/Event sent by different instructors by going the instructor view or Admin notifications from the admin view
See timelines, holidays, events and notifications sent by Admin to the customers

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
