The app was already not working great for me. It would put me into away mode when I minimized the app and not send me calls. Now I updated the app and it is not functioning at all.

Very poor and buggy app. Our company has decided to use this service, for some reason, and it causes more problems than anything. It still has a long way to go before it can beat out apps like Skype or Microsoft teams.

The worst piece of garbage imaginable. Devs stop caring about user experience once you're paying for the service. So many issues it's not funny but they could care less about the end user experience. Even when I get my it dept involved same problems and more. What a joke of an app

Incoming messages are delayed by minutes unless you have the app and conversation open. Had the same issue with the ios app on my iPhone.
