Tasks are logged in such a way that they cause congestion in the device's memory. Any attempt to use any back button features will close out your session rather than simply go back one page like most other apps would. The page refresh interrupts any progress on a search, and it's difficult to find your previous place thereafter. The experience with this app has not been user-friendly, and it would be great if they fixed these issues.

Many many bugs that nobody is going to fix,history stopped working about a year ago , can't stop travel, can't log onto 2 ppm tasks at once. it's very basic and needing a serious overhaul listening to the end user for once. update, the App now doesn't work, I've tried to refresh for 3 days now the arrow just spins. reinstalled app, didn't help. All other engineers reported it running slow or not at all. I stand by my previous statement, it's not fit for purpose and wasted countless hours

The app works OK, sometimes. That's the only good thing I can say about FSI, I have used it at work for 14 months and have very little good to say about it. Multiple crashing issues, performance issues and sometimes have to wait 24 hours before any jobs come through. Also if you uninstall the app to try and fix any of your issues you have to remember to log out first otherwise you'll not be able to get back in without contacting support.

If you have a problem MRI will go out of their way to gaslight you to think the problem is of your making and not a result of their barely working software. If you are considering using this get used to reporting an issue, waiting for a response that asks for more examples because the logs are no longer available, providing more examples of the problem, waiting for a response... Repeat until you just give up and either find a workaround or a way to live with the many problems.

Back to update. Seems like its "broken" and cant be fixed despite many complaints. Constant failure to synch with Concept Evolution. I uninstall and reinstall maybe once every 2 months. Attachments in quotes, work permits, cannot be opened randomly. I see no notifications and relax. 2 days later I open Concept and see 100's of open tasks that never went to fsi go. That affects my personal KPI. Not happy !!

In terms of inspection apps extremely low calibre. Bad user interface, constant Push Notification requests, lack of optimised battery use. I only download as work makes me, but a sign of an App being developed by IT programmers with no real concept of UAT and ensuring ease of use/functionality. Given all the other readily available and easy to use apps (eg iAuditor) don't even look to FSI until they get better
