Good App for milk delivery with very few complaints. Vegetable pricing n quality is okay. App Design needs to be updated. Complaint workflow could be designed better. Earlier there was option to add new item from Delivery screen and that was quite useful. The amout shown on adding new item to cart is bit confusing. There are no offers at all and FTH can work on it. Also if I have to share the app with someone the option is not handy. But, overall a good app.

Please don't this use app. I've been subscribed to milk daily and fth has promised to deliver on time. Below were the excuses when I tried to follow up. 1. Technical issue. 2. Delivery time from 7 am to 9 am only 3. Customer representatives will give a call back within 5 min. 3 hour past no call received from a girl name Juyeria. 4.App could not provide the correct delivery for pin code. 5. Your money will be refunded from FTH to bank account as said by Jacqueline. Please don't trust this app.

Appreciate the app's service and timeliness. But it is tough to track complaints. I made one about undelivered products, and I have no clue if it was registered. Not able to track refunds either. Disappointed, and clearly have lost money on products that were never delivered.

Seems the UI has been updated. However the delivery date is added for per item. Rather it should be a consolidate one and not one per item. This impacts pleasant customer experience. Don't try to make an app different just for sake of making it different. Just follow the pattern of your partner FTH meat

Edit: Issue resolved and app working fine after raising issue. Very poor app. Can't reach the customer care anytime. Wallet doesn't indicate proper balance and app doesn't allow to add new orders due to some bug with the wallet balance. Even if wallet balance exists more than 2k, still asks sometime to recharge to add any items. Worst n pathetic app

App is good but products aren't. Changed rating to 1 and this 1 is bcoz of good repetitive followups and trying to solve the matter but still I have the same issue. The quality is bad and product is old. I had tried bbdaily and it had best products but as its not available in current society tried this . But now I wont waste my money here. I have pics and proofs can submit. Bad products and good customer care with no resolution of issue.
