This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Online Mentor on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

The Online Mentor App lets you capture, in real time, evidence of progress and examples of experience against Key Performance Indicators, Professional Standards or Assessment Criteria.

In the legal sector Online Mentor is used for example by trainee lawyers to build their evidence of experience against regulatory admission standards. In the education sector, Online Mentor is used by teachers to pull together their portfolio of evidence to show they’ve met the Department for Education’s national standards for annual pay progression. The App allows teachers to capture evidence there and then in the classroom, for example by taking photos of classroom resources our outputs which can then be uploaded to their portfolio immediately. Conventional evidence (Word, PDF, Excel) can also be uploaded via our Desktop app.

For employers, Online Mentor’s management interface and reporting dashboard provides a valuable tool within the organisation's professional development, performance management and/or compliance processes.
