Mediocre. I seldom get through more than 2 inspections without having to restart the app as the camera stops working. I have used it with several Android phones and it has been the same issue for each one. I use it for doing HUD inspections. I have used other preservation apps and they all are on the mediocre side. After 2 years of use an numerous updates, it still horrible. I'm not sure how much it costs to use this app, but even if it's free, your being overcharged. A

This is has been the best app by far. Have worked with several different apps like this and they do not hold a candle. Also had a problem the other day with the app. I reached out to tech support, and they jumped right on it, and fixed the problem immediately.. Thanks a lot guys.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here or what. ...but I just installed fotonotes app to familiarize myself with the app because I'm a new vendor and after I logged in I don't have a camera icon. ..wondering how to get to that feature. ..can anyone help please

This app has cost me so much money! I had completed all of my work through this app, now app will not complete syncing. No one from Customer service has contacted me yet!!😠

Worst preservation program i have ever worked with. Cant zoom, cant see photos after the fact. Horrible. Give me PPW back.
