Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing NetHelpDesk for Android on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Works reasonably well. just would like the options to close and hold tickets. my main issue is in the journeys section that start gps button brings up a message saying GPS start coordinates not recorded. if this could be fixed that would be great.

Good app, however option to close/hold tickets would be nice, along with an option to move ticket to another technician.

Was great until last update, now can't view anymore details about the customers or get to the option of getting them to sign on the phone
