this is the worst app i have ever used to complete orders. it constanstly needs to sync and a lot of times you have to uninstall and reinstall while in the field. you get to a home and you never know if its gonna work or not until you start filling it out and the photo labels are so spread out it takes forever to find them. i even considered quitting the company i work for because I hate this app so bad the company needs to do a lot of work on the apo to make it easier for inspectors to use

Horrible. Forms take forever to load. No way to prevent faq page from loading on each order, no way to jump to the photo section. No way to attach photos from a camera. Location services not automatically turned on. Order count on app is different than the number of orders on the ez website. Whoevet thought of this disaster should be made to use it in a production environment. Deserves 0 stars.

Absolutely the worst app I have ever used. Slower than molasses to download inspections. Make sure you give it 5 minutes at minimum to do its download before you get to the property. Also has many glitches that have cost me more than a half dozen lost inspections ranging from no connectivity when I'm in LTE coverage to showing the inspection under one user name/pw when it was actually under another. As an inspector with software development experience, this app is poorly designed and implemented. This app locks up a Galaxy Note 9 that is maxed out in memory, which indicates poor memory management, and from a developer claiming to be a business resource. One problem area is that you have to fall through the developers process instead of the work at hands logical completion process, it's very design denotes poor task management which should indicate that the memory management would be poor too

This is hands down the worst program ever to exist. I cannot complete one inspection...period. the app crashes everyone I attempt to fill out an order. Whoever wrote the code for this program needs to be looking for employment. I am refusing all work orders that come through this platform. I am using an android if that matters.

Code and layout for this app is CLEARLY not written by anyone who has EVER done work in the field with a similar app. Do us and yourself a favor and please, for the love of GOD, go use a REAL inspections app like InspectorAde and learn how a form should be layed out, how EASY it SHOULD be to take pictures and how logging out of the form should NEVER ERASE YOUR WORK AND PHOTOS!!!
