I have used this app for over a year now and originally liked it a lot. Fast and easy way manage deliveries at my pizza place. The most recent update forced you to allow gps access even when not in use. If you turn this off, the app will not open past the gps access screen. Since the update, the address sent to Google maps did not match the address in the app, causing me to go to the wrong location.

This app is intrusive and violating to the drivers privacy. Also interferes with driver since he has to operate app while behind the wheel of a car. Have almost had several close calls due to app. I would give this negative stars if possible. Bad enough the government and everyone else tracks data on people. Just add this one too.

Why do you need access to my media? Why do you need my location all the time? That's ridiculous. I hate that I have to change the permissions to ask me every time now other this app could be collecting data. Remove these two features. It infringes on the privacy of anyone using these apps

Requiring location 100% of the time is intrusive. I don't spend 24/7 at work. This app should not require this AT ALL.

You never know if an assigned order will pop up or not, and sometimes it requires that you have full bars to connect to the system. I've gone on deliveries where it didn't show up and I had to use the store's Wifi to close the order when I got back. It made service times bad, and my manager wasn't happy. The layout of the app's great, you can click SMS to text the customer, there's a route button, drivers can put delivery instructions, etc. But the connection is terrible, 0/10 on that front.

It's okay. I have to use it for work. There are a lot of features I wish it had. The responsiveness of the app is alright. The tipping/signing aspect could use some work.
