About this app

The Veien frem is a web/app system for consultants. The person receiving councelling (here we may call this person "the road seeker") gets an app on his or her mobile unit, while the consultant has access to an administrative user interface on web.
Step 1 of the process is planning. Here, the consultant and the road seeker cooperates in identifying the road seeker's primary goal, motivation, perhaps a job wish, and then what secondary goals that are needed to reach along the way. Then you identify what tasks the road seeker needs to do to accomplish the goals that are set. The planning phase ends in placing all tasks into a calendar.
Step 2 is the actual followup. The road seeker now has his or her goals and tasks on the mobile unit. The following up of the tasks happens part automatically, with the system giving reminders; and part manually, with the consultant keeping an eye on everything as you proceed.
The use of the system requires cooperation between a consultant and a road seeker, and the app cannot be used as a standalone product. The system is administered at company level (purchase of licenses, and administrating teams, consultants and mobile users.) Consultants need to be certified in the use of the system.
