The app is extremely frustrating to work with. I have booked a desk prior to arriving at the office, it will then ask me to check into multiple other desks (some reserved by others). When I manage to check into the correct desk, the app then released the desk and checks me into another desk automatically. It also frequently logs out and requires new sign in again. I have to close the app after logging in to restrict it's actions.

Authenticated and then the app froze on the login screen for over 60 seconds. Restart the app and it's non-responsive with the bottom row of buttons glitching out and saying user is not authenticated. Reinstall the app and entering email address no longer starts the authentication process. If your app needs Bluetooth to function, put a note explaining that on the first screen. Not hard.

The app was working well for a few weeks. however it then started flickering at the bottom of the screen (today,lockers,desks,search bottom bar) and the rest fo the screen is not active. I have tried reinstallign the app multiple times, clearign adata and cachet, restarting the phone. Nothing fixes it. Can someone please contact me to help me fix the issue? It is a work app and I need to use it weekly to book a desk in the office. Thank you. Update: thank you for prompt respond and a bug fix.

Not able to check in even after allowing access to location, camera and video and Bluetooth. I don't know why it needs access to all these to function when my desk doesn't have a QR code to scan. I first denied access to camera and video but the app will not function and the error said it was not able to use Bluetooth. Uninstalled.

Was working fine until recently where it logged me out and couldn't log back in. Reinstalled the app and now the menus at the bottom flickers rapidly and app is unusable. Seen some reviews and my Bluetooth is always on, that isn't the issue.

The app bugs out and won't function unless Bluetooth/access to nearby devices is turned on. Why would I need to enable this feature for the app to function, when I am not nearby the floorsense desks and want to book a desk remotely..
