Great idea but very buggy and impossible to use, I switched to the web version to be able to submitt request.

This app has some serious issues, like not being possible to copy text from the conversations. If there is a link, I can't copy it or access directly by clicking it. I have to memorize and write it on the browser or email app. I also don't get notifications from it. It is also not possible to navigate through requests by sliding left and right. I need to go back to main list and click the next one.

Still shows Portuguese language even selected as UK, then doesn't allow to select multiple catergoie services, i.e Smartphones repairs with computer repairs, and then should allow to select type of computer repair, installed the app and uninstalled in next 60 second
