Invalid token message whenever I try to open a bookmark. This mostly seems to be a portal to web pages. I may as well just use a browser and login/ access content that way. I don't get it. If this is supposed to be an app then surely all content should load in the app. Also please add fingerprint unlock...pretty standard in any app these days particularly those where child/ school details are exposed. My first exposure to firefly. Not great. Many parents have already complained to the school.

Such an awful app. Constantly having to delete it and reinstall. Wish the school would use something different because this app is horrendous. I'd give it zero if it allowed.

I would like to use this app, however it crashes on login each time since update. When it has launched in the past this app updates child information once or twice then fails to update. Profile button rarely works. Feedback doesnt update timely. Task due doesn't update timely. I have raised a ticket via our school IT admin but they havent had a reasonable rsponse. I have deleted cache. Delete app data. No change. Use the website as that works. Edit. Updated today, still crashes after logging in.

The app fails to work on a regular basis. I get notifications to say I've received a message from the school but it never appears until I uninstall and reinstall the app. This also happens with trying to load my child's timetable.

Using this app is not a good experience..looks like app is not gone through testing, directly deployed. First install was unable to login tried several times, second install was able to login...now notification appears when when click on view message always first message gets displayed so it seems useless. Web version works fine.
