This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FinancialForce Expenses PSAv13 on PC Windows and Mac.

Incredibly buggy, horrible UI. Looks/feels like it was created 10 years ago. Can only attach photo receipts, not ones stored in dropbox, etc. Very slow. Crashes a lot. If this were my product, I wouldn't have released it.

Doesn't even start on an up-to-date Samsung S7. Crashes after showing splash screen.

Very buggy. Would not recommend at all in its current state. Could be much more intuitive as well.
