ESS field service system is a web-based field service management solution that is designed to organize field service works properly and efficiently. With user-oriented mobile application a technician can review new work orders, take required inventory from the warehouse, initiate the works and track the time spent on traveling, breaks, and work itself, submit data on performed job and installed materials, request more materials, attach photos, add comments, and a lot more. This tool allows a technician to save time when combining real operation with making reports and requesting extra materials for installation.

- Possibility to leave comments to particular pictures attached
- The list of scheduled work appointments has been added. (Now each tech lead can view all the work appointments assigned to him, and switch to the relevant work order checking screen by tapping the chosen appointment)
- The corresponding Schedule menu has been added.
