This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Impact Centre on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

A tool to maintain and monitor multiple Initiatives running across organization. Initiatives can be uploaded with details like owner, category, budget, sector, description. Further each initiative will have milestones and activities planned along with start - end dates and respective owner of the activity. Once initiatives are uploaded with all this data, individual authorized owner can change the status of the activities. Based on the actual dates entered against activities planned, overall status of the initiative will be determined by the tool (e.g. Initiatives – on track, delayed, at risk completed etc.) . KRA (Key Result Areas) mapping of individuals are linked with the initiatives and activities and also maintained in this tool.

This tool also have dashboard showing all initiatives along with their status and can also be filtered business unit wise.

There is different set of users who would be accessing this App. Users will be Initiative owner, Activity owner, Business unit head and users from Project management office. Based on the user category, access rights are designed in the tool.
