Don't lose your login info, there is no way to recover it from the app and I've been waiting a week for a response from customer service for assistance. In the meantime I have been charged $12.99 for an app I can't use from a company with zero customer service. Don't use it. The faxes didn't even always go through, sometimes I would have to send faxes two or three times. Terrible app. Even worse customer service.

Did not work. I tried 5 times to send a fax to a verified fax number and they all failed.

This app can't fax .pdf files. You have to take a screenshot then fax that.

Worst app i ever used! I logged in online to see that it says i have 5 credits yet i was told i don't have any! And couldn't send my faxes! Don't waste your time! Use fax plus u can send 10 free faxes with no problems! I will be cancelling my account asap! And no i don't wanna reach out to your company just fix the issues thanks!
