Good app, but it wanted proof of ID, (showed driving license) then they also wanted proof of address despite it being on my driving license and then for whatever reason they also wanted proof of employment. Why on earth do they need that? I'm currently trying to figure out how that's even supposed to be proved. I have a contract from my work which was signed when I started a few years ago but they want a doccument within the last 3 months. So stupid

Great concept and works sometimes, but the app is very buggy - I have tried leaving a review for a vendor and can't because the webpage won't load. Why is there not a review feature under the Vendor's name that is available after borrowing? There should be a delivery option too so vendors and borrowers can send kit back and forth, this would stop it being such a London-centric service.

The app was working fine up until the most recent update. Sure, everything looks nicer but now there doesn't seem to be a way to review other users. My payment from my most recent rental hasn't been made and each time I try to report it in-app, something goes wrong when I have to input my name!

The app has no way, that I can see after checking throug help pages and more, to remove a listing. People ask me for something I am not renting a regular basis.

Its definitely a unique and great concept. Been using it for a year now and I am really please with it but one thing that I would like to mention... Guys its time to uppdate this app haah its too slow and there are so many bugs on it that it hurts me. Yet great cutomer service. Really responsive and on point with everything.

Great idea for a service - I'm very much in favour of communal use of tools! Unfortunately, I have found the app very slow and buggy to use. It often doesn't show messages for ages, despite telling me I have them.
