Used the app daily last summer and it worked great, but after a few months of inactivity, the app won't let me log in. I can still log in on a browser though. Tried updating, deleting and re-downloading...dont know what changed but it wont work now Emailed customer support (after they replied to my review) and never heard back from them. For now a browser will have to do

This isn't an app. This is just a WebView which is an inferior browser that displays the FareHarbor web site. Stick with your own browser for better performance.

The app rotates even though you have your Android set to Portrait. Really disruptive when you're trying to service a customer. But whats worse is trying to take someone's credit card info and an incoming call totally disrupts the process. I don't think FH gives a hoot about their Android users.
