Poorly managed service. They lose packages, damage them, delays delivery by hours. There's no customer service, so if your package is lost you'll have to chase them physically to track it.

Auto Renew option should be available. Renew reminder shows only when app is opened. Hence Auto Renew has to be made must.

Worst experience, logs out on its own. The delivery service is super bad. They for sure are snatching away a great experience of last mile services provided by Amazon and Flipkart, by replacing it with there low grade services. No proper tracking.

Complete invisibility - your parcel will vanish in thin air. Very poor management. My community started with this vendor and we are facing so many many problems which we never faced before this. At least I want to save anyone else even thinking about using this service for your community. This is the worst thing can happen to your community. They don't even know difference between different block number ..even worst , they won't know difference between 201 and 210 - random delivery happening.
