App sucks. Definitely agree with the reviews. I called customer service 4 times and still can't get this resolved. Apprantly you have to put dashes or else your claim number will be invalid. One customer service rep told me to try "removing the trailing ZEROES from my claim number". I'm pretty sure removing numbers will make it a different claim. I'm savvy with smart phones and technology so it's not me.

This app is pretty garbage for many reasons 1) you need to manually give it permissions to use your camera, oh and it won't ask for permissions either. If you don't know how to give it access, you're SOL 2) you ALSO need to give it permissions to use your microphone, otherwise the 10 second video won't work. 3) it will hang up and die on the video upload portion at the end, because your phone probably shoots better than potato quality video and it won't be able to handle uploading files of higher quality.

Piece of junk app. Won't allow me to take pics. Didn't ask for permission to use camera and have no idea how to manually allow. Called number listed and of course closed on Sundays.

Why do I need to do all of this work when the company is just going to pay
the quote given to them by the shop. Stop wasting my time and just pay the
bill you owe, cheapskates.

Settings >Apps>Safe Auto Express>Permissions >Enable all the permissions. I
had to call to figure this out, but it really wasn't as hard as these mouth
breathers make it seem.
