This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ExperienceFellow on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

App kept crashing if you were adding data and it decided to sync. Worked fine in airplane mode, and then i reconnected to wifi/data network once data entry completed to allow sync to occur.

Lost all of my progress on a project because the app crashed. There is no submit button so I'm pretty sure they weren't saved even though it said "touchpoints synced". As I entered my student number and reentered the token all of my progress was gone and I came to a completely blank page. I hope my professor doesn't make me do it all over again.

How does this work?
ExperienceFellow is like a digital diary on your mobile phone. The app allows you to document your personal experiences with text, photos, or videos. You can name different experiences you have and quickly evaluate in the moment when you experience them. Furthermore, date and time as well as location are collected and allow a detailed understanding of your experience.

Why should I do this?
Researchers can use the data you collected with the app to visualize your experiences as a customer journey map (like a kind of storyboard for customer experience). They can then aggregate data from different customers to understand positive and negative moments of your customer experiences across all on- and offline channels and along the entire customer journey.
