Works great when the app doesn't freeze. Right now my $1200 piece of equipment is useless because the app isn't working. I've trained many coworkers to use various EXFO equipment and this app. Every single person has trouble understanding how to use the app even though there's only about 4 or 5 main functions. So the user interface could use some improvements. For example it should automatically open with the "Live view" THEN prompt the user to connect to a FIP from WITHIN the app itself.

Doesn't work Im afraid. When I click "live video" to begin a test the app freezes. Im using the latest OTA updates on a Samsung S22Ultra.

Here's what I have figured out. You cannot have your phone auto-connect to wifi while using your Exfo. You have to go to settings and turn that off, or else you will drop off the Exfo. Because of the pictures, the Exfo needs wifi, not Bluetooth, to stay connected to your phone. If you're having trouble, switch off auto-connect for the other wifis in your workspace. You can keep auto-connect for the Exfo since you'll turn it off when not in use anyway.

The latest app makes this completely unusable. My phone can no longer connect to it. now I've got a $3,000 paperweight
