The first time I used the app today, I signed in but no information populated as though it was buffering. Then when I signed out and attempted to sign back in, I received an error message stating "Sign In Error: an error occurred and we weren't able to process your request. Please try again later." (Several attempts.)However, when I went to the website, I was able to sign in and access my information using my long established credentials. So the app is worthless (YMMV) and will be deleted.

This app is inconvenient and unpredictable. I want easier access to thermostat controls. And the app could probably more aggressively cache content (like bill pages). Changing tabs feels more like browsing a poorly-designed mobile website than working with a local app on my phone. I know that the website-esque experience is closer to reality with apps like this one, but I also know that it should be hidden from the user as much as possible.

It appears that you have fixed the connectivity issue. The problem was not on my/our end. So I didn't need to do a restart (which I had already done). Many other users had the same problem. Since I can't post without rating with a star, I'll give it 3 stars until I see that it continues to work as it should. For now, it looks good. Hope it stays that way...👍🏻

I've been a BGE customer for 40 + years. Many times i've paid my bill for 6mo to 1 year in advance and over the years i've had to get an extention or two. BUT they work with you , if you work with them. THAT! I LOVE ABOUT BGE.

I love paying my bill online no hold/waiting time. No extra paper. The app. has no glitches, and know payments without your acknowledgement. It also email you right away with payment information

Everytime I attempt to make a payment, it keeps telling me my session went up. I have tried numerous times trying to submit my payment. This is very frustrating. Please fix!!!
