Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TimeRecorderLE on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

アプリをウィジェットとして登録する事により、個人の入室・退室および休憩の開始・終了を簡単なインターフェースで登録する事ができる直観的なインターフェースが特徴です。
「Wa-算タイムレコーダーサービス」で登録されているシフト予定や勤務実績との同期も可能。
同期されたシフト予定は、標準カレンダーに同期されますので、お使いのスケジュールソフトで閲覧出来ます。

また、Ver2.00より新機能として、管理者からの一斉通知を受信する機能及び安否確認を送信する機能を追加しました。
就業管理を超えた機能を実装し、更に強力になったタイムレコーダーを使ってみて下さい。


【主な機能】

◇入室・退室時刻の登録はウィジェットをタップし、ジェスチャー入力をする事により登録されます。

◇入室・退室時刻と共に、GPSの位置情報が「Wa-算タイムレコーダーサービス」へ登録されます。

◇登録された入室・退室時刻は、リアルタイムで「Wa-算タイムレコーダーサービス」で同期し、Android用Wa-算タイムレコーダークライアントでの利用状況(何時,何処で,誰が登録したか)を「Wa-算タイムレコーダーサービス」で確認することが出来ます。

◇「Wa-算タイムレコーダーサービス」で作成されたシフト勤務者のシフトと同期(予定:過去1ヶ月~未来2ヶ月,実績:過去1ヶ月~現在)する事が出来ます。同期されたシフト予定の編集も可能です。

◇一覧から登録された勤務実績を閲覧することができます。

◇予定・実績の詳細表示欄にはメモ欄を用意し、仕事上のメモを記録することが出来ます。また、メールとの連動も出来ます。

◇Web側管理機能で設定された一斉通知(メッセージ送信)を受信・表示する事が出来ようになります。

◇震災などの災害時にグループメンバーの安否情報を送信することができます。(安否確認機能)

◇出勤前に各スタッフが出勤可能がどうかが把握する事ができます。（出勤前打刻機能）
