Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Users of the TVI Video Solution from Digital Barriers now have the ability to stream video and audio from their devices to their TVI server.

TVI Encoder only works in combination with the other components of the TVI Video Solution. Please do not download this application if you do not have access to a TVI Server.

The TVI Encoder app allows the user to:

- Connect over Mobile or Wifi data to a TVI Server
- Fully configure the Bitrate, and frame size of the encoded stream
- Enable Audio streaming and change the bitrate
- Enable GPS location data from the device
- Switch between front and back cameras

Requires TVI Server and Control Center Version 4.0 to operate
