I rate them 0 stars for they misrepresented purchase and shipping options. Then try to keep your money, by stating you can't a full refund unless you cancel you order within 24 hrs of purchase. At that time I was unaware that they take 8-10 day before it's even processed meanwhile I paid for expedited shipping and they say you can't get that back either!!! I am furious, because I ha e a wedding engagement this weekend and I paid back on May 5, it's now the 10th and I paid $111 for nothing!

The reviews were so horrible so I decided to uninstall the app. I'm really big on reviews. Sorry Ericdress, but customer service and timeliness is very important.

I place a order with ericdress since April 25th 2021 and this is now May 5th 2021, and all am seeing is order processing, try contacting them through my email no reply I don't even see a contact number for them, this site has really nice clothing, but seems to be a big scammer, taking people money and never sending what people paid for, something seriously need to be done about these kind of fraud shopping sites

An ongoing battle, but stay away from them. Their stuff looks all legit, but when you open the box it is nothing as advertised, and you will have to fight for them to accept any blame, even with evidence. Stay away from these guys, they have bought their reviews and will screw you over. You have been warned.

This place gets absolutly no stars. What a joke.waited and waited almost two months for my order. In the meantime I made contact with them several times and they kept promising they were doing their best and it was about to ship out and for my troubles the would refund me $20 then $15 and then $10. I never reciwved any refunds. Then when I got the jacket it was totally differnt then what I ordered. I ordered a 3x and it fit like a medium/large. I promise you will regret it.
