This app has come a very long way and in a very short space of time. I am very pleased with the high level of customer service which I get from the company and its representatives. There are a few tweaks which are probably needed however if you're looking for a company that will work to meet your every need in Field Service management, then this is the company which you need to contact Their prices are very competitive compared to the other providers in the market. I have tried about 11 other apps and this one is where I think I will stay simply because of the fact that they're willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. In the beginning the app was not very well thought out but over time this app has now exceeded my expectations and they're still adding new features. Overall this app (along with the other interfaces available) makes a well thought-out solution for all your field service requirements. There is also now a customer app along with a customer portal which makes it easy for customers to keep track of their work as well as interact with you. The mobile admin app allows for persons who are on the go to perform administrative tasks without having to be physically in front of a computer every time. I stand by my word on this field service management solution. Great thins are happening to my business with this application running every aspect for me seamlessly. Invoicing, Job tracking, worker tracking, scheduling, documentation, signatures, equipment tracking, quotes, inventory, leads, multiple customer locations.... etc... The list goes on. I give this app and its developers 5 stars for customer service as well as 5 stars for functionality. Great job

Excellent App to manage your fieldworkers and monitoring they daily routine and tasks assigned as well as tasks completed.. easy communication of and on the task via descriptive instructions, required information and chat room for each tasks with the field agent/ fieldworker working on the particular task... Best part the company is growing and improving the system on a regular basis and hence enhancements comes in regularly.. We have been using their services for over an year and are happy..

Download app. At startup it asks for username, no way to create an account. It gives errors saying no username found, which of course I don't have a username I just downloaded the App!
