I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times to try and get this to work but after a bit it just reverts back to log in screen after I attempt to log in

I have a Huawei P30 lite and it only shows loading screen after credentials whereas on my friend's Huawei P30 Pro, it logs in immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

My work place is making us use this. I've managed to log in once. But now it's telling me I've got the wrong password. OK, request new password, and try again...and again... and again. Can't log in. I've tried different devices. I've tried the web site. Nothing is working. I've wasted so much time on trying to fix this.
