I've been using this app for the past 3 years, and my biggest issue is that the I NEVER get notifications. I've changed 3 phones in this time and with all of them I've seen this issue, which obviously points to the fact that the issue is with the app Secondly the app refresh time is too long. Photo albums refresh time is painfully long ...almost 2 minutes Once clicked on the photo it then takes another minute to bring that photo in focus. Also video file upload/download does not work. This app is very useful and has a huge potential if the above issues are resolved.

Review as of 20th March 2019 - Very bad experience with the app - horrendously slow, unresponsive, unintuitive in design (albums load with latest photos at bottom, needing me to scroll a lot to see updates), doesn't send notifications. I reached out to the team with an issue 2 days ago and have not received a fix or a response. Disappointed.
