Fix the "remember me" button. Having to relog in every ten minutes of
inactivity is annoying as hell. And for the non-video chat, if you
accidentally accept, without typing, it eats credits (lost 15-20 the other
day because of this). Also, inconsistent payment. Make a payment and it's
50/50 it'll actually process correctly the first time, which results in
24hrs worth of contacting support

I really don't like this site or the app because there is no such thing as an app the reason why I'm saying that is because I have tried several times to sign up and I can't sign up it won't let me it just kept on saying lost internet connection but I'm hooked up through Wi-Fi and I can get my email

Load of rubbish at present. Unstable, always times out, random chat's activated which use credits, always being locked out, site login returns FPT errors continously. Serious work needed to stabilise the platform / app.
