About IEEE

The IEE began as an initiative by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. A number of businessmen under the leadership of former Vice President Don Rossi Jorge Chavarria, looked at the need for a program to develop its employees with the greatest growth potential within organizations. They wanted to form the management skills to optimize their professional and personal performance.
After seeking allies in several countries, it was identified that was the best placed ICAMI of Mexico, associated with IPADE Business School, one of the best business schools in Latin America.
The ICAMI is an institution founded in 1968 by Mexican businessmen who attended the IPADE for advice and support. It is dedicated to the training and development of managers, supervisors and department heads of the companies, with emphasis on the development of the individual and using participatory methodology involving analysis of business cases.
To date, he has contributed to the formation of approximately 107,000 graduates from more than 7,000 public and private companies in Mexico.
